Peter & Sarah | Kalk Bay, Cape Town | Part 1

I am so thrilled to finally be posting the gorgeous wedding of Peter & Sarah.

In fact, this wedding was so stunning there were just too many photos to choose from…so this is only Part 1 of the wedding and Part 2 will be posted on Monday! :)

I photographed Peter & Sarah for their engagement a few months back and from the moment I met them I just knew they were so much fun and couldn’t wait for their wedding day! And their wedding lived up to every expectation!

Peter & Sarah had their ceremony at Holy Trinity in Kalk Bay and their reception followed at the very funky Cape To Cuba Restaurant . The vibrancy of the day represented the lovely couple they are, full of love, laughs, colour, the creative and passion.

It was raining in the morning, but after much praying and hoping it dried up as the day progressed, which meant we could go out on the harbour at Kalk Bay for the bridal and couple shots.  There is something about Kalk Bay which is so cool and bohemian; it is one of my favourite places to shoot!

Peter & Sarah, it was so incredible to be able to share your day with you and capture it for you.  It was so wonderful to meet all your great family and friends too..especially some of the Brits…reminded me of being back home! :)
